It is so magical, calming and energizing to practice yoga on a beach. Prince Edward Island’s beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. Today we are on one of those beautiful beaches, at North Rustico National park (aka "The Crick"). Enjoy the sun, sand, cliffs, birds and even a fox in today's class.
